If you’re registering for online banking for the first time, please select the ‘register here’ button before attempting to sign in and complete your registration process.

If you’re already registered for Online Banking or the BOQ Specialist mobile app, sign in by entering your Client Number, Password, and Security Code.


1. Client Number
This is the Client Number assigned to you as an individual. Entering a Client Number associated with your super fund, trust, company or in joint names will not work.


2. Password
You have been sent a temporary password to your mobile phone via SMS or received a temporary password from the Client Service team. If your temporary password has expired, please contact the Client Service Centre on 1300 160 160 or +61 2 9293 2121 if calling from overseas.


3. Security Code
Your current 6-digit security code can be found in your VIP Access mobile app or from your VIP credential card.


Forgot your password?
To reset your online banking password, select the ‘Forgot my password’ option and follow the prompts. If you need any assistance resetting your password, please contact our Client Service Centre, available on 1300 160 160, or +61 2 9293 2121 if calling from overseas.
